As time goes on it seems to get harder to find time to be creative. The simple act of building a 'sandcastle' has become, for me, a relished creative outlet where there is no deadline or restraint but that which the sun, sand and water (and the occasional misbehaved child) impose.

Lessons Learned: A little time at the beach with a bucket and some kitchen tools can do wonders for your mood!
